Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was called by solicited on the phone after they claimed that my son registered with them at school. They had my son’s name and name of his High School, and they offered free SAT/ACT testing materials. I did not consult with my son, and I gave them my credit card number as a deposit to borrow the materials and once I reviewed it and used it, they stated that I could send it back. They never told me that there was a 30 day trial period. My card was charged $216.32 on July 7, 2018. I returned the product within the 30 days, and never received my credit. Every time I called, I was promised a credit on my card the following week but it never appeared on my statement. Then a new charge was of $69.95 was applied so I called my credit card company and disputed the charges with my Bank. Since the original charge of $216.32 was in dispute, they sent evidence to my Bank that their company, Educational Testing sent a "Sign Up" application stating that I signed up on their website (I did not) and they created a login, password and email address, and a fake email address that is not even my email. When they created this "SignUp" application to send to my Bank as evidence that I agreed to their service, they sent it from "https://www.actsattesting.org" and that company website does not exist!!! To further deceive my Bank, they sent the SignUp application and checked the box that I acknowledge a 30 day free period and I would pay an additional $69.95 a month for a website subscription service. I did not do any of this – they made up this document to show my Bank. When I returned the CDs to them in the grace period time, they refused my return package, and refused to refund my $216.32. Upon doing research, I have found multiple company names and addresses, and with the several toll free phone numbers. They use the name "College Preparation", "College Prep Foundation", "Collegelevelexam.org", "Universitycollegetesting.org", "University Prep", "SATACTtesting.org", "ABC’s for SAT/ACT", "SAT/ACT Scholastic Achievements". They have several PO boxes in Rancho Cucamonga – PO Box 9482; PO Box 903; PO Box 83. They have PO Boxes in Alta Loma – PO Box 9473 and PO Box 9352; they use PO Box 3944 in Ontario, CA and they several street addresses – 1919 Austin Court, Claremont, CA 91711-2822 and 10737 Laurel Street #120, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. I researched on ScamPulse.com and all of their companies under the name "SAT ACT Scholastic Achievement" has 53 negative complaints and a F rating on all 5 companies. They are the biggest scammers – don’t ever give your credit card number to any telemarketer! I am still waiting for a resolution with my Bank.
