Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered 2 bottles of a supplement product called BROMELAIN-5000 from their website VitaminLife.fit. I received confirmation for my order saying and that I would receive it by 11/6/18. When it did not arrived I checked my email and saw two email from them one stated I needed to complete my order. The other stated the product was on bac order whic alerted me to contact them because there was no waygto cancelbit. I called the phone number on their website three times and it sounded like a personal voice mail. Obviously this was a scan. I am usually much more careful but went on the advisement of a Naturopathic practioner who recommended them .
