Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

The seller is advertising a Flat Iron for women’s hair on Facebook. However, upon receiving the item, it doesn’t even heat up. Its VERY FLIMSY and it doesn’t provide steam to the hair, as described. It is being advertised everyday under a different seller on FACEBOOK. Everytime I speak to anyone on these sites on facebook, they are not willing to provide any information for a refund, such as address or phone number, or a return label. One facebook called "HAIR TOOLS" is on facebook and they advertise this product. They, too, will not provide any refund information or telephone.
