My Story
Hi, my name is Paloma and I am a 2-year-old Belgian Malinois mix. If my goofy personality doesn’t make you laugh, I don’t know what will! I’m a quirky, affectionate girl who loves belly rubs and being as close to her person as possible. My breed is known for our intelligence and ability to be trained, so while I’ve already mastered the command sit, I’m eager to soak up new information and learn all sorts of new tricks! My energy level is fairly high, so I would do best with someone who has researched my breed, and is able to regularly exercise and dedicate time to training me. At this time, it’s unknown how I do with cats, and I should be introduced to any other dogs in the home prior to adoption. I came to the shelter as a stray and am now looking for a loving home to call my own, so if you feel as if you’ve been missing a loyal, cuddly best friend in your life, I just might be the girl you’ve been looking for!
