SCAM! do not buy from this shop!
I was lured in in December 2020 with “buy one get one free” from the shop claiming to have handmade rings. (found them later on Aliexpress) spent the morning choosing the right sizes and the rings I wanted. I received an order complete e-mail. and nothing more. two weeks went by and still no information, I sent an e-mail inquiring – and received, after two days, a vague bot e-mail saying they’ll look into it. it was immediately allerting that this was not normal. as a human would look into it and then e-mail you with the information that was requested.

No further information was given. I inquired again. and then again. 5 days passed. another vague e-mail saying the order will go out in the week. no confirmation or further info.

when I tried to contact on social media I was promptly blocked on all platforms.

SCAM!

SCAM! This store is a complete scam. I ordered two rings, and received 2 vague bot responses by e-mail after a couple weeks went by with no information, and then was blocked on Facebook when I tried to get any information about the order. Upon reading, many others have also experienced the same thing.

Do NOT buy from this shop. They won’t ship your order and then will not respond when you inquire about it. Be careful.
It’s been almost a month and I’ve received no info on my order and request for information has not been responded to.

Scam.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have purchased from this company over a month and a half ago. I purchased a total of $206 worth of jewelry and was provided a tracking number from a shipping company called S.F express. After doing some research I discovered that this is a Chinese shipping company and that the jewelry would be shipping out from there a s well. Being that the company is “based out of New York” this information was pretty shocking to me. Fast forward two and half weeks later, and I get an email notification that my package arrived. I live in an apt complex, on the second floor. The only was to drop of a package is to leave it at the front of the door or in the mail box. The issue with the mail box is that only USPS can open them with a key. When I stepped out nothing was here, same with the mailbox. I’ve attended to contact the seller only getting through via email to a supposed woman named Sarah M. Completely useless she is. Her response to the the problem was “ well the tracking says it was delivered” And this is where we stand. I’ve made a complaint with PayPal, which I utilized to complete the purchase. I currently waiting for Skull Crown to respond. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a “buy one get one free” offer on some rings/jewelry. I never received them in over a month. And everytime I email them about it, they just give me the same vague answers(I believe their customer service is just a bot program) Also, in filing this complaint, I noticed there were 12 other people who have also filed a complaint against them through the BBB, so I truly belive some action by law enforcement should be taken at this point
