Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased items and never received a confirmation number or email nor did the item ever ship or arrive. It was simply a sketchy text message stating my order was recieved. The number on the contact is a fake generated number that sends you to a robot voicemail and their email is a set up email from google. I’m sure they take your money as well as information for other purposes since you have to enter all that info in for "purchase and shipping". They sell things for a very low price and claim it’s from over stock. They also sponsor their pages on social media, point is dont trust anything on social media when it comes to purchases unless it’s a large worldwide known company.
