Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This company does not sell the products it advertises online, when product received I called and was told that it was the product even though it did not match the description online. I have called daily trying to return the product and have spoken to only two people of which I was informed they do not carry the actual products, and that everything goes through a third party, I have yet to be able to return my item due to they will not send a shipping label. Also, when calling I was told by one of the men that he was the owner of the company but when speaking to the other gentlemen I was informed that he was not an owner. Not only when I call there isn’t anyone there to help answer any questions but the only two people who do answer the phone I have no idea what is going on and inform me that there computers are down or everyone else has left for the day, although its before lunch time. Every time I call I get a new story and have yet to receive any help for order.
