I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter in the amount of $126.11 on June 23rd, 2020 from OutletShoes. My payment posted the next day to my credit card after I placed the order. I received an order confirmation right away stating that my order was received and was getting ready to be shipped. A month later and more than a few unanswered emails to [email protected], I had to dispute the charge with my credit card as it’s blatantly obvious that this OutletShoes site is a 100% scam to take your money and NEVER intend on sending the product paid for to you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OUTLETSHOES SITE!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased (or so I thought) a pair of shoes from this site on May 27, 2020. I received a confirmation email the next day with the order summary and an order number. The money, $123.22, was dducted from my account on May 29, 2020 under the name Adam J. Williams.

Fast forward to today, June 27, 2020. I still have not received the shoes or even a tracking number. There isn’t a number to contact them, only email addresses. I’ve emailed them at [email protected] and [email protected] and I never received a reply.
