8/5/24-Dill, aka: “Dilly Dilly”, is bed head all the way! Her head is all curly Bichon fur (party on top) and the rest of her is Yorkie fur. She is still shy but seeks out attention. Dilly is doing well on potty training.
8/3/24-THE ADVENTURES OF KOSHER AND DILL: These two puppies are amazing. Kosher is a male Yokie 5 month old. definitely the more adventurous of the two. Dill is a 6 month Yorkichon & is more quiet and reserved right now but gives into Kosher’s peer pressure for adventure & follows along!
08/02/24-Dill is an sweet 6 month old female yorkichon(Yorkshire terrier/bichon frise). She came in from a commercial breeder as she just got too old to sell. She arrived into rescue tonight thanks to her transport volunteers. She was spayed & we estimate she will get to be around 11 lbs full grown. The vet noted that she has a “hooded vulva” but nothing needed to be done at this stage. It is just extra skin around her lady bits which for some dogs as they get older may cause vaginal or urinary tract infections. If this happens adding probiotics to her food & wiping her with a wet towel helps keep her healthy & less infections.
