Caller will ask for you by name. They will then note that they are coming to your area to fix roofs from the recent storms. Are you available tomorrow to have a crew to come out and assess? When you ask for their phone number they will say the one I am calling you from or they will hang up. Similarly they will not tell you the address of their business.
