Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered nutraderm wrinkle which was advertised for $5.95 shipping. I received it 10 days later and then 6 days later they charged $87.50 to my credit card. I told them I would return it but they said I could not since this was a trial and I opened it. I asked how do you try it if you don’t open it. They also said I only had 14 days to return it but it was a 30 day trial. I asked for a supervisor and after a long argument they said they would refund everything but $17.50. I told them this was a scam and I was reporting their bad business practices. They said it would take 3-5 days for them to refund $70. I called my credit card company and they said I could dispute the charge. How do they get away with this. The product was like water instead of face cream. Thank you for allowing me to try to get some justice after getting ripped off by this company.
