Just buy a home? Expect a door Tag left at door "Sorry we missed you!". They do not knock or ring. They need you to call the number.
Calling the number it informs you that you are about to agree to enter into a business relationship with Next Day Delivery. If you provide the confirmation ID handwritten in the tag your information will be distributed to many vendors and you will receive many solicitation calls, their ‘business partners’.
They claim that the delivery they have for you is an eDelivery due to COVID.
