Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased an item, received an email confirmation of the purchase, and received a separate email with my receipt with the name of a different company “Starista” and this: if you have any questions, contact us at [email protected] or call at +1 510-296-7231. Totally different contact info and seemed sketchy. After never receiving my item, I emailed the company at the email listed on their website with no response. I have opened a charge dispute with my CC company.
