Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

My business initially received a phone call from these individuals. I then received an invoice as a fax from a Kenneth Korsmeyer stating that payment was overdue for a 1/2 page color advertisement for Stl- Style Magazine. 1.) My business has never advertised in any magazine. I only advertise in the yellow pages. 2.) I never signed nor gave verbal permission for any contract authorizing an add. 3.) I have never heard of this publication. 4.) The add they faxed to me that they claim they had ran for me in the past was an old yellow page add. It even has an AT&T tracking number used to determine how many people use this add when making calls. The phone number on the add they sent me was not my business number. 5.) The emergency phone number listed on the add is a number that has not been used by my business for over 6 years. 6.) The invoice they sent me had many typos and misspelled words. There is no order no. listed. For the total on the invoice it say #VALUE!. It says to make check payable to STL -JBIELBY, the same name that is listed as the Rep: JBIELBY.
