Type of a scam Online Purchase

I made a purchase back on January 31st, 2020 for a pair of boxers (order number AQ61990) – i reached out initially the same day requesting to cancel my order because it wouldnt get here on the date i needed it by. A lady by the name of Vera reached out to me on Feb. 5th stating i couldn’t cancel it because it was already in production. 5 days later, i receive an e-mail stating that my order has been suspended without my consent. I reach back out asking what had happened and she responded to me on Feb. 13th that nothing was wrong with production and to wait patiently. I reach back out again on February 24th asking the status of my order and I requested a refund at this point since the website stated I would get my order by Feb. 13th. She responds back 2 days later stating that the order was still in production, which looked like the same exact message she sent me back on the 5th. I responded very angry stating that this was a scam and that I demanded a refund. I then receive another e-mail on March 4th stating that my order was expected to finish on March 8th. It’s April 16th and STILL NOTHING RECEIVED!!!! I did some research on this company and saw a lot of complaints from different people who had purchased off of this website and still hadn’t received their orders. This is a scam of a company and their website/store needs to be shut down indefinitely.

On February 5th I purchased personalized boxer briefs for my husband. all I received was the invoice in my email. I have been contacting them and no one has returned an email. It keeps saying someone will return in a couple of hours and that’s a lie. There is no phone number just all email contacts.
