Type of a scam Tax Collection

I received an automated phone call stating that I had an execution from the US Treasury Department from the IRS about a fraud in my name. I was told that they would help me before it went to Federal Court. I did not believe them and further investigated their claim. when I called them back, they were very rude and would not tell me what it was about. When I refused to give them any of my personal information they hung up on me twice.

I called the IRS for myself to see if I could clear up any misunderstandings, but found that you have no chance of talking to a human being any longer at the IRS, so I checked the telephone number against my caller ID apt and it verified that that number is a scam or fraud .
