Type of a scam Online Purchase

Person reached out to me on Facebook because I was interested in a puppy. He sent me pictures of the pup with prices. I told him I would have to talk to my husband. When my husband got home we were able to FaceTime and see the puppy. He said it would be half down and $160 for shipping. And then once I received the tracking number I could pay for the rest. So I sent half the money and later that afternoon I received a message with expressworldmail.com and a tracking number. Once I went on the website and seen the pup in transit I sent the other half of the money. The next day I received an email stating that I needed to pay another $500.00 for "insurance". I attempted to call the website and found out it was fake. I then tried to receive my money back with no luck.
