My computer froze up and I had a message across my computer screen saying that I have a security violation and do not shut down or reset my computer. Please call Microsoft to rectify the issue and get my pc unlocked call toll free helpline 1-888-529-2490. Then they want to dial into my computer. They said they are located in New York and needs to login my computer should take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes to fix and informed me that I would need to pay them $180.00. I told them I have no money so they still proceeded to fix my computer. They started at 9:30am and this didn’t finish until 6:15pm.
