Type of a scam Phishing

They call where I work and tells my employer that a summons or complaint has been filed on me and within 30 the police is going to serve me with court paperwork and some how they also called my mothers mobile number and call my mobile number don’t know how they got all this information I checked on google typing the number in and a lot of people are getting the same call from the same number but it’s not always the same thing some people are saying they owe money and they have a complaint and some people are saying they won a free dinner for two. The list goes on and on.
