My Story
Wella is a Cactus Cat! This means she seems to enjoy the company of other felines but may be shy around people, especially when beginning new relationships. Wella was in foster care and was relaxed around the family cat. She was interested in being close to her foster caregiver and even enjoyed petting once comfortable in the home. Wella does not like being picked up. She likes gentle pets, and she likes to play. She doesnt like surprises, so its best to approach Wella slowly with interactions. All of our Cactus Cats get positive reinforcement clicker training with volunteers, and the food motivated ones seem to blossom the fastest. Wella LOVES Churu, so that may be the quickest way to make friends with her. This special girl may also do best in a home with a friendly, social cat to show her how to cat with people.
