My Story

SAMI is a handsome black and white Tuxedo kitty boy. He has magical white whiskers, white tipped front feet and a bit of white on his belly sporting white rear socks. His snowy white tuxedo is distinctive. He has a beautifully marked soft plush coat. He was rescued with his littermates and mother from the shelter as a newborn. He was bottlefed in his foster home and is loving and playful despite his hard start.
SAMI is a great kitty boy! He is a sweet explorer. He loves to play chase and hide and seek with his toy mice. He also loves to ambush his sister Daisy when they are scurrying around! He is litter box trained and sleeps each night in his cat condo snuggled in his fleecy cat cuddler with his sister. He loves all cat toys and is a great player.
SAMI is an amazing kitty! He is very curious, friendly and social. He let us bathe him and trim his nails without a fuss after he was rescued. We understand that he was born on April 8th. As of mid July, Sami is 4 months old. He is fit and very athletic. We expect him to be medium size when full grown.
SAMI is currently being raised in a foster home with other kittens and cat friendly dogs. He is social, affectionate and well adjusted. He would do well in a home with another young friendly cat or his sister Sami.
SAMI is completely vetted. He is neutered, microchipped and current on all his vaccinations. He is dewormed and on flea prevention. He is FeLuke and FIV negative.

In addition to the adoption application, please forward us a short statement about why you are interested in adopting a kitten and your level of commitment to having an indoor only cat that is not declawed. Please also note that we will only consider adoptive homes that demonstrate an understanding of cat ownership and a commitment to provide a safe and loving indoor home. We are also only able to adopt within a 200 mile radius from Greensboro, North Carolina. At Friends Forever, our adoption process is designed to match our rescues into the best companion  pet home possible. We are dedicated to serving in the best interest of the rescue pets in our care, therefore, it goes without saying that we do not adopt on a first come first served basis. Our adoption process includes an adoption application, an initial visit, a home trial visit before you commit to adopt, an adoption contract with donation as well as follow-up after placement.
Friends Forever is a nonprofit, all breed animal rescue and adoption agency located in Greensboro, North Carolina. We are run entirely by volunteers and donations. The adoption fee for SAMI is $150.00.
