Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have tried 3 valid credit cards to buy Ripley’s Aquarium’s tickets. The credit card info entered is always declined.

It is later found out Ripley’s Aquarium never allows a 3rd party to sell their tickets. I cancelled my 3 credit cards immediately after finding that.
