My Story

Callista is the whole package! We’ve seen this gorgeous girl blossom from puppyhood into a lovely, smart, loyal girl. At just under a year old, Callista is a medium energy Shepherd and Husky mix. True to her breed mix, she is intelligent, active, and full of life. She is housetrained and crate trained, knows her commands, and is eager to please. She is a happy girl that is fun to train with and very food motivated. Callista is an early riser, good with new people, and always ready for her next adventure. She loves to spend her days going for walks, playing with her foster dog siblings, and going for car rides. After all the excitement, she enjoys taking a good long snooze in the sun. Callista has grown a lot from her days of being mouthy but she does need occasional reminders and would do best with kids over the age of 5 years old. She is a goofy girl that will let you know exactly what she wants and is always happy to be part of the action. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Callista when she is ready, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! If you’re already approved to adopt or if you’ve adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs.
