My Story
Meet Muffy! At 13, Muffy is a Super Senior! Don’t let her age fool you, though – Muffy acts much younger and still has a lot of spring in her step! She’s a friendly, affectionate girl with great house manners, who is just looking for a companion to curl up next to on the couch. She doesn’t need much! Sweet Muffy’s owner passed away, so she’s seeking a friend to spend her retirement with. This kind hearted girl is quite a little gem, and we know she will make a very rewarding buddy when she finds her forever family! Muffy has a heart murmur (common in senior dogs) that has been graded at 2-3, which is low and means she doesn’t suffer any negative effects from it. She also has a collapsing trachea that causes chronic coughing, a condition that is common in her breed and at her age. She is currently being treated for this and will receive dental care when the treatment is complete. …
