Never buy anything from Zorentina Boutique. I’ve read countless reviews online after being scammed for money. You buy a product on the website and the money is taken from your account and you never receive the product. There is no customer service number or online help that helps. You simply get money stolen and have nothing to do about it. It has been almost a year since I made my purchase and nothing received. Shut them down for good please!

I purchased the mermaid glitter palette back in March, and once the order was confirmed, I was told I would receive either an email or a text message with updates on the package. Not only did the package never come, I never received any form of an update. On top of that, all of the contact information stated on the website is invalid. Non of it works.

I ordered their glittery eyeshadow palette on January 8th 2018 and its February 21st 2018 and never have received a confirmation nor a tracking number. The only reason I have a receipt is because I used my PayPal to purchase. I filed claim with PayPal and want everyone to know to check websites, whether it be on Facebook or any social media pages, before making purchases. This place has plenty of reviews once you research it a little stating the same things I am .My purchase was for $17.56.So at least its not a lot but still if they are getting this from each person it adds up quickly.

I have reached out on multiple occasions via different emails to the seller and have heard nothing. I request updated tracking via phone, nothing as of 1.5 months ago. I ask for an update and no one responds, despite the email saying explicitly to reply to this email. I saw reviews online and everyone says it is a scam. I would like my money returned and the company to be held accountable for stealing with no follow through of product or following their informed processes to the buyer.
