Type of a scam Tech Support

My Apple computer was not able to be shutdown and a message displayed saying to call this number to get tech support. I call the number and they offered to charge me $199 for a tech support subscription in order to fix my computer. I gave them my credit card information and they used remote access to install antivirus software and clean my computer. However I was under the impression it was an Apple service, but instead it was from ZoomHubLLC. Afterwards I called them back to confirm whether they are working through Apple, the Indian guy said they are affiliated with Apple. However on their website it says they are not affiliated. The guy claimed the website is not updated to reflect their affiliation with Apple. I requested a refund. He offered to give a partial refund for the technician fee. The rest was charged for software licenses (100) and a setup fee (49.99). He told me to send an email stating I agree to a partial refund of $50 and no further services are requested. I sent the email. He said the refund should occur in 2 business day.
