I ordered 2 self cleaning litter boxes on July 10, 2020. No boxes ever came. I received a tracking number but never received. Tracking the number shows that small pkg delivered in Marlboro NJ. I live in North Dakota. 2 litter boxes wouldn’t be a small pkg. going to try PayPal for a refund.

Zoomfuny is a SCAM. I ordered an automatic litter box on 7/16/2020 it is now 8/17/2020 and still has not shipped. Luckily, I went through PayPal so I’ve opened a dispute through them to get a refund. The website for Zoomfuny has been unavailable since the day after I ordered, so I got the feeling it was going to be money lost. Just, whatever you do, don’t give them your money! 🙁

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I bought an automatic litter box and it never shipped. It’s been almost a month and they have a refund policy of 30 days if it’s over 30 days you don’t get a refund. They never answer emails or phone calls. The item never got shipped. I want my money back. I have sent dozens of emails and phone calls with no luck.
