Type of a scam Tech Support

an alarm appears on computer screen with "LOUD" repetitive voice saying my computer is breeeched and to call Apple suport immediately. 1-800-580-5107. Young man with heavy East Indian or Middle Eastern accent identifies himslf as Max. He bringsup a wiki page of some kind of malware and says it is on the computer….and then starts the hard sell: do I want the one time $99.99 fix or the $199.00 1 year fix and guaranty. I can’t get my computer to do anything. After using my debit card for 99.99, someone takes control of the screen and proceeds to fix it. They install Sophos Endpoint antivirus and a piriform cc cleaner. This is late at night when I’m working on the computer. The next morning, Ithe computer is frozen. I call this person back. he is half asleep at 1130am. I tell him to release my computer or I’m calling the cops. In 15 minutes it woks. I called Apple and they verified that this is a scam. They removed the stuff they put on and advised me to change my credit union debit card. I did. The credit union said they would try to help get my $99.99 back. The address is 6225 Reseda Blvd. Tarzana, CA 91335.They did emailme a copy of my signed permission to charge my card, but they lied about being Apple’s contractor. And Apple said what they installed was spyware.
