I ordered a diaper bag for my daughter on a Facebook site on 8/16/2018. The company states 3-4 week delivery. The company name is Family Rex. I used my bank card to purchase the bag. I read several reviews and seem to be legit. After I ordered and a month went by, I began reading bad reviews from many people who had ordered month before me and never received their items. I began emailing them, phoned several times and never spoke to anyone, just a recording, I left many messages. I contacted my bank and reported them. Now I am reporting Family Rex to BBB. I also feel this company is using other company names as well , Zeus 95, LLC.
At the bottom of the page it state if you have any question, reply or contact them at [email protected] I have sent many emails and have never was contacted.
I feel people work very hard for their money and if this I can stop this company from scamming others I would feel better.
