Type of a scam Online Purchase

Website selling dachshund puppies for $550 which includes free shipping because the shipper has a "coupon". I asked for payment options and I was told that I had to give my name and address and then I would be given payment information. Unfortunately, not knowing this was a scam at the time, I gave my name and address. I was then told that " Zelle" is the only way you can pay to purchase the puppy. (Zelle does not allow refunds if you fail to receive your product.) I asked why I had to use Zelle, as I preferred to use Paypal due to the fact that Paypal offers a refund. I asked for the name and address of the seller, along with a health certificate for the puppy. I asked for the name and address of the veterinarian who has treated the puppy. This information was never provided. The "seller" indicated they were in Minnesota, however, the phone number is a New Jersey number. When calling the number, no one answers. The voice message is a male with a foreign accent. After corresponding via email, and asking pointed questions, all emails from zera mini dachshunds stopped. (I can forward emails if requested.)
