I ordered a ‘free investment book’ from Zacks Investment Research, received the book in the mail, and subsequently discovered credit card charges for $29.95. I called Zacks Customer Service shortly after this discovery and requested them to cancel the Investment Research charges in September, 2015, the service for which I did not request, and refund all charges.

Now months later, my wife discovered the same monthly charges continually appearing on my credit card billing, after I clearly communicated, as stated above, with Zacks to cancel the charges and refund all moneys.

I now call their customer service telephone number, but receive only a ‘high call volume or after hours’ message, to which I have left my name and telephone number for call back.

Please assist me in documenting and resolving this disgusting ‘free book’ ripoff!!!
