Do yourself a favor: DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. Cheap materials, no refunds, no returns, no address to return to. SCAM ON FACEBOOK DO NOT ORDER FROM YVONDRESS

I ordered a leopard print hoodie over a month ago and have not received it. I have requested a refund several times and they keep saying the order is in transit but will not give me viable tracking information. I have NOT received my order or a refund! I feel like this company is a scam! Lesson learned!

I ordered two items, both being way too big and very cheaply made, no tags, no invoice. When I notified the seller, they only would offer me the same as above saying I would have to return to China and it would cost at least $40 to ship and take months to get back. Continually they offered only a discount for more to purchase. Even though it was shipped locally from Inglewood, they would not allow me to return it there. Total loss is $71.00! These people are not legit.

If you paid by credit card, work with your card company and dispute the charge based on what you’ve indicated above.

I ordered (2) different dresses, size small. I received (2) medium same size identical dresses. It appears to me that someone else’s order was sent to me. I did not receive what I had ordered. I have communicated with the seller several times, attempting to return the dresses and get my money back. They are not responding to my requests as noted in the attached file. I want to get my money back and if the seller wants the dresses back need to provide a mailing address, a label and pay for it.

I bought a dress and it is nothing like the photo presented on their site. The material feels like a shower curtain and fits like a potato sack. Wasted money and no way to return. My situation is identical to the one above.

Company advertises products (in my case the Sally Garden Casual Loose Dress) on Facebook, Cost $41. I ordered on July 25, 2020 and received it on Aug 12, 2020. Product runs small, is made with a cheap 100% polyester material (advertised as cotton blend) and the colors do not appear as pictured. The dress has no tags other then size & material. When I contacted the seller, I was advised

"If possible, could you please kindly keep it, we would like to offer you some discount for your next order. You can sell it to other at a good price or give it to your friends. Is that okay?

If not, you can return or have an exchange, but you have to pay to ship it back, and we can only refund you the item price when we receive the returned package(or we can only reship you when we receive the returned package, and you have to pay for us to reship it). Returning usually takes a long time even over a month. Hope it is fine for you."

I persisted in requesting a refund and was told:

"Returning may need a long time to go because the order is from China and it must be returned to Chinese warehouse. We can return $3 to you and give you a 15% off discount code on your future orders if you keep the order."
