I’m showing a $88.18 charge to my checking account which stemmed from a 14 day trial for pure radiance! I called to asked about getting a refund because I did not want it! I was charged $1.95 to cancel future orders. I was told that I couldn’t get a refund! I spoke with 2 people who must have a script in front of them saying the exact same thing. Every time I tried to speak, they continued talking. I was told they don’t give refunds! I asked if I returned the product, would I be able to get a refund. I was asked if the product was unopened. Its not easy to try a product if you don’t open it. I asked to speak to someone who could help me with a refund & the question was basicly ignored. I was told to have a good day & they hung up! I got more information from their website! I found that if I returned the product, I would get a refund but I needed a number from the company in order to return the unused portion. I was not told that at any time by either customer representative. I’m not happy about a scripted monologue! I was not given the information that I should have been given in order to get my refund! Now I had to cancel my debt card in order to file a complaint with the bank & write to you because I think their customer service sucks! I will be pursuing this with the company also! Buyer beware!
