Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased something since 11/25/16. As of today, 12/23/16, I have yet to receive my order. I attempted to contact them both on 12/5/16 and received a response stating that my purchase should be sent out anywhere between 9-14 days. On 12/8/16, exactly 14 days after my initial purchase date, I attempted to contact them again regarding an order status. Finally, on 12/12/16, I received an email confirmation from their customer service at [email protected] stating that my order has been shipped. However, after clicking on the tracking number this message popped up on the USPS web site: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 13, 2016 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available." It has been stuck like that since 12/13/16. After viewing their official Facebook page, I noticed that almost everybody had the same problem as I did as far as never receiving any order status or they have received a shipping confirmation e-mail but once they clicked on the link it said the same thing as it did on mine. Some people even stated it has been well over a month since they’ve received any contact from this seller. I believe this is a scam to get people’s money but the company never sends out any products. I would like someone to investigate this company for fraud. Thank you.
