On March 9, 2020 I emailed your comic story and ordered a custom poster that I needed for May 4, 2020. On March 10 I received a reply with instructions on how to proceed with the order. I agreed to proceed with the order and paid $150.00 by credit card that same day March 10. Your comic story confirmed they received my payment on March 10. I did not hear anything else and emailed them March 18 to follow up and I did receive a response on March 21 with 3 options to choose from for the poster design. I responded that same day, March 21, and picked an option. I did not hear anything else and reached out again April 7 for an update but did not get a response. I emailed again on April 18 and this time I asked for a refund but again I did not get a response. I sent a final email on April 29 requesting a refund and again no response. That was the last time I attempted to contact your comic story. I have attached copies of the emails.
