Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

Contacted by Your New Tennessee by telephone (non solicited) asking if we would like to sell our timeshares in Cancun, Mexico. Advised that we were interested and gave the information on two properties. We were advised they would get back to us in two to three days with an offer on each property. Both offers were far in excess of current market value. We were contacted by a Nathan Carter on one property and a B. Carter on the other. We signed the offers and emailed them back. We were contacted again and advised that we could get $1000.00 for each of our Corporate weeks and they sent us amended offers. We signed and emailed them back and received a Sales Contract Agreement on each property. The typing and wording was unprofessional in certain sections of the document. It made us somewhat suspicious. I was advised that the Buyer was represented by Your New Tennessee and their name appeared on the sales contract as the buyer. More red flags. We were advised that the Escrow Company was Title Two Investment. We received an email from Title Two Investment to open an account with the Cross Border Division. I contacted Title Two Investments from their website and the receptionist said they were doing business with Your New Tennessee and that someone would call me in 10 to 15 minutes. No one called. On August 10 their legal department was supposed to go over the contract with us and we missed the call in the morning. They called in the afternoon and we rescheduled for August 13 at 9 am. No call was received from a Richard Walker at: 615-610-7643 ext 315 (or 1-800-986-5724). No request has been made for money but the contract stipulates that the Commission Fee is 8% and that the Buyer pays the Escrow Fee. One contract has an International Fee of $5,225.00 and is described RFC Inscription (Paid by Seller and 100% reimbursed by Buyer). The second contract does not contain this fee. More red flags. These are the second slickest group of con men we have had the displeasure of dealing with and luckily this time we have done our due diligence and if it appears too good to be true it PROBABLY is. A warning from Canada
