Type of a scam Online Purchase

I’ve tried contacting them, as well as the seller, via email at least six times over the course of the last three weeks.I haven’t gotten a single response back. I’m trying to get them to cancel my order. No where on the site does it say its coming from oversees. They took my money via PayPal and also charged me an international fee for shipping. No other activity with this seller since the initial purchase. Very suspicious!
