Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Website says it is selling authentic discontinued Oakley sunglasses. All indications were that this was an American company, the office address was 44 main street Boston Massachusetts. First off they are fake, secondly they were advertised at $35.99; i ordered 2 pair, my total was $89 with tax and shipping. Then my bank account is hit for $97 plus a $3 for a foriegn transaction fee. I look into the company, it was registered to a guy in San Antonio through GoDaddy. I emailed them and they said it was because of the banks they use and they never stated why the discrepancy of price either. Then i get a tracking number for my order and it’s from China.
