I place an order for 2 smart watches from an Ad I fond on facebook, I was hesitant till I saw that the transactions are secured by PayPal. I have waited almost 4 weeks and got them in the mail today they are regular watches and not what was advertised. I am now trying to contact paypal to get a refund.
