Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

i was contacted in feb 2019 about student loan forgiveness/consolidation. I listened to Austen, the rep i was assigned, and signed up for the loan consolidation/forgiveness with terms of paying 249.00 for six months and then paying 42.00 monthly until the end of my loan. my student loan debt is 32,000 and he then stated that if I paid like i was supposed to, that my debt would be deduced to 11,000. I had to sign an agreement and the rep and myself kept in contact via email. any questions I had, he answered in a timely manner until I had a tax question and send an email requesting information. I never heard back from the rep, so after a few weeks, i decided to call and talk to him because i didn’t want tax information to be incorrect. I proceeded to call the number, there were two, and when i called i got a recording that said this company was being investigated for fraud in California and a few other states, not including my home state of Tennessee. I attempted to call for the next few days as well while doing some research as best i could. i reported the company to the FTC, but have heard nothing back yet. I have copies of bank statements where the money was deducted from March until November 2019. I also saved the emails and also the documents I signed were saved too, but have since vanished from the computer. All it says on the documents I signed was that time had expired and the documents were no longer available, so they are gone. I went to my bank and have changed information and also contacted my student loan servicer and informed them and they stated that nothing had been paid towards my acct in regards to the 1500.00 total i had paid over a course of 8 months. I keep going in circles with what I need to do and how to go about filing a lawsuit.

I was called with a special offer to apply for student loan forgiveness. There was a lot of information that is true about applying for loan forgiveness, such as which plan worked best for me but I had no idea it was free to apply! This company charged me to fill out my forms and if I hadn’t caught it, it was going to continue charging me $22 a month. PLUS, there was an initial fee of $249.00. I was super naive with this scam. I was asked for very personal information like CC numbers and social security numbers. Please don’t get scammed as I did. =[

I received a phone call from Yellowstone Account Services. The man was Brian Perez. His private number is 949-523-2430. Could reduce my student loan payments. I would pay $207.50 for the first 6 months. $73 for 120 months. I gave my debit card number over the phone. I do not have their address. He told me they are in Orange County California. I started to feel uneasy and giving my debit card number. They have not taken any money out yet.
