Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

We have been receiving phone calls regarding a balance due for an advertising contract with yellow pages. This is a fraudulent contract from 11/25/14 for 12 months. I have tried contacting to discuss the "invoice" which is outdated and cannot reach anyone and their voicemail is full. The fax that we received today threatens Collections referral if not paid immediately.
