Yellow-Holding.com won’t stop sending us invoices via fax. Last year they sent both faxes and mailed numerous invoices. I have told them to stop and said we are not paying them because they wrongfully charged us in the first place. Once a year they send a "First Reminder" followed by Second and Final..

Yellow Holding is posing as the Canadian Yellow Pages. At the top of their letter head it says "Yellow Pages" using the same logo as the legitimate Yellow pages. Underneath the logo in small font it says "Yellow Holding Ltd. They fax you a contact page asking you to confirm the information. At the top of this fax it states "This is not an invoice". In small writing at the bottom it states that you are agreeing to use their services etc etc. If you are already a customer of Yellow pages you get these types of info updates all the time. They are taking advantage of the Legitimate Yellow Pages customers. This is wrong.

The company I work for was faxed an invoice for $1,099. I googled the company it came from "Yellow Holding LTD", and knew right away it was a scam. I ignored the fax, but am now concerned it may somehow go into collections and begin effecting the company credit. I’ve attached an example of the invoices we’re receiving.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received a fax from Yellow Pages and they had the incorrect address. I faxed it back with the updated address then received an invoice for a little of $1,000. I’ve called multiple times and faxed in a complaint but keep getting the same answer that I "ordered" some sort of advertising. I’m glad I dug a little deeper and saw that this is in fact a scam.
