I ordered two puzzles off of Facebook on July 1, 2020. It showed the puzzles were coming from California but, in fact, they did not and were coming from China, it seems from investigating. After a month with no receipt of puzzles, I sent an email to the email address supplied and received no reply. Yesterday, I received two puzzles and they were not the ones I ordered, and, in fact, were two identical puzzles of cats!!! Do not deal with this company, or order any puzzles off of Facebook. They deposit your money immediately, you get no response regarding any questions/concerns, and then you get something that is garbage and not what you ordered. See below what was ordered and not received. Something should be done about companies like this that take a person’s money and do not deliver what was ordered. It’s a scam!
