Googled online 1-855-843-8475 and found that it listed as a help support for AOL, Apple ID, Xfinity, Microsoft 365, Mozilla, Abatement Refund, Kabersky, Epson Printer, AT &T, (all claiming to be a help and support).

Dear sir/madam, On 1-20-18, I couldn’t log into my [email protected] account. The password I used did not work. In my desperation, I looked at several online resources to get help from Yahoo to reset my password. At 5:55 p.m. last night; I spoke to an Indian gentleman about my dilemma. He asked for my birthdate, full name (first, and last), my e-mail address and details. At first he stated he couldn’t get into my account because the password was changed and too many attempts to go in were done. He proceeded to ask me about my location, I responded "Rancho Viejo, TX 78575" where he stated that he shows on the account that my account is located in Petersburg, Russia and that there was alot of spam coming out of my account and child porn in my name. He recommended I look up "sys.com" (didn’t understand him-he mumbled this statement) and I proceeded to ask him to repeat what he said. At that time, I was upset and told him "what do you mean? How could you not get in and then you could. Aren’t you going to reset my password.?" He stated that he couldn’t help me and not to call back again and left the line with my asking questions about what he stated. I asked him,"who am I speaking to? What is your name? Is this yahoo?" I was very upset because I felt my account had been hacked and I was looking for help and a resolution. He continued to be on the line but did not say anything. I called the police to file a report and they came by last night but could not write the report due to it being an online issue and there was no crime yet committed to their knowledge. I looked online for the number listed as 1-855-843-8475 (website listed above), I will call on Monday to advise Yahoo about my inability to enter into my account and e-mailed them to help me online. Please send me a copy of this report to my e-mail. Thanks for all your help and time.
