Type of a scam Tech Support

I received a call from a number in Ohio, 513-487-8757. The woman stated she was Tina Brown with Yahoo Security Team. She started asking me questions about if I had accessed my Yahoo account from anywhere outside the US like New York or Russia. Already a little suspicious, I told her that NY was in the US. She went on to say NY in Canada. I said No I have not accessed my email in several days. She told me that 4 minutes ago someone sent harmful or threatening email using my account and it was traced as coming from Russia. Of course she did her job well and made me curious so I allowed access to my computer after she walked me through looking into the computer to see how many foreign users were showing up as using my network/computer. When she finally asked me for my name, all phone numbers, address and email I started taking pics of the screen where she was typing what she was saying and asking me for and asking her to prove herself to be with Yahoo. She told me to call the number that she gave me when she gave me her information on the screen. When I called it, someone answered with "Support, what can I do for you." I asked them "who did i call", "tech support". I asked for who and he said "Tech Support for computers". That clarified nothing so I hung up, then I asked her to send me an email since Yahoo emails always have the Y symbol to let users know it is really from Yahoo. Not fool proof, I know, but it was all I had left to identify it as a scam or not. She said it would take a minute to send it and put me on hold. after about 30 seconds I noticed that she accessed my camera on my laptop in which I have covered up. Once she did that, I immediately disconnected her from my computer and closed everything out once I took all the pics of the different screens. Then I checked my phone and noticed I was no longer on hold, she had hung up on me. I think she knew I was on to her scam.
