I originally came across the company advertising on Facebook. I placed an order with them on March 18, 2017. On April 4, 2017 I emailed to get an update on the shipping of my product. They contacted me on the same day via email indicating they would look into the order and it was signed by "Shad in Customer Service". April 6th they emailed back stating their was a shipping error and that it was fixed and my order would be shipped on that following Monday. They also stated they would provide the tracking number as soon as the warehouse provided it. Again, signed by "Shad in Customer Service". April 16 2017 I contacted them back regarding the shipping information. April 18th they replied and said "your order has been processed and the shipping process has started on the order. It will be delivered sometime next week for you. Sorry about the delay and thank you for your order." I immediately emailed back and indicated it had been a month since the order and if they couldn’t provide the shipping information to refund my order. April 20th I emailed back and indicated I hadn’t received a response, nor my refund and as of today still have not received a response, my item, shipping information or my refund. I reviewed recent comments on facebook regarding orders that have been placed with them since March and product hasn’t been received, no responses, etc. This company appears to sell various different product and after research it happens across the board.

I would like some resolution and unfortunately this is my last resort. I have the email trail for documentation if it will be necessary.
