Dear Sir or Madam,

In March 2017, we were in Las Vegas and while I was on my computer trying to obtain gate passes for Spirit Airlines, it was blocked on the screen. At that time, I was unable to get out of the computer and I called the 800# on the screen. They indicated that in order to fix the problem that they would need $299.00 plus tax. The company’s name is Xorlata (I believe) from PA. So under the urgency of us getting on the airlines, I sent the money to them. Months later, Xorlata called me indicating that they needed into my computer again, but I didn’t allow them. I took it to the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad fixed the damage and indicated to never let Xorlata into my computer again. The Geek Squad advised me to notify my bank that I had been frauded and not to let anyone into my computer.

On July 13, 2018, I received a voicemail stating that Microsoft will be reimbursing the $299.00 per the ScamPulse.com. They left a phone number of 315-557-0204
