Type of a scam Online Purchase

Seller sent a small envelope with tracking number which was delivered to my mailbox on April 28,2020. They then waited until the tracking number was delivered before posting the shipping information to PayPal. I was notified by PayPal on May 1, 2020 that my package was shipped. This Breville Oven packaging is 26×17.37×17.48 weighing 45 pounds which could never be put into my small mailbox. Tracking details provided to PayPal is bogus, this oven was never shipped and was never delivered, the transaction is fraudulent! Despite the discrepancies, PayPal supposedly reviewed this matter and denied my claim.

I believe that these type of frauds continue unabated through PayPal!
