Paid for a product that was never shipped or delivered. When I first contacted the company about not receiving my product they said they had made an error in their system, stating that it didn’t actually ship and that they would rectify that, ship the product and send me new tracking information. This never occurred and future correspondence with the company have gone unanswered.
