I received a message from my Uncle on Facebook’s Messenger app. It was a simple message saying something like, "How is everyone doing?" Thinking that he was asking about the Covid-19 situation, I responded. He immediately started talking about the Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) and that I would get a $150,000.00 check from them if I filed a claim with him. I thought it was weird and now I am here.
